About Me

I have been working in the accounting field for about 20 years. I’ve worked in corporate America and with small businesses. I have worn many hats throughout my career…I’ve made coffee and I’ve attended a stock holder’s meeting. To me that gives me a certain edge and knowledge that others may lack. It allows me to look at the bigger picture, which I feel is an asset for my clients.

To me it’s more important to be empathetic, than to be entertaining when dealing with a client’s needs. I do come with my own set of funny jokes and sarcasm though. I do my best to keep my client’s state of mind at the forefront when dealing with their bookkeeping struggles. I want to bring hope, clarity, and ownership to my client’s situation.

I am a mother of 2 teenage girls, so dealing with chaos and constant problem solving is my everyday life. It helps that I love puzzles, all kinds. Figuring out where the pieces fit give me joy and a sense of accomplishment. Some problems are easy fixes and some require a long period of research and planning. Neither situation scares me….I love a good challenge.
